Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns. The buyer has the right to a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged a maximum of once for shipping costs (applicable to returns); the consumer will not be charged any costs for returning the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and verifying your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the return. If your return is accepted, the refund amount will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method by the specified date.

Late or missing invoices (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be reserved. If this has happened and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tuomi.store.
